“Blue Draft”

A balance of Ethiopia, Sumatra and Brazil Arabicas, our signature espresso blend is bold and earthy with notes of roasted nuts and stewed fruits like strawberries and plums. A perfect companion with milk of any quantity, which helps to bring out enfolded spicy textures of cinnamon and brown sugar.

Nestled high in the cloud forest near the Volcan Baru, Panama's highest peak, this elegant and floral single origin from Finca Santa Theresa has notes of guava, stone fruit and jasmine.
